Football coach Nate Eimer was named Chicago Bears High School Coach of the Week. This honor was due in part to the Blackhawks’ double-overtime win over previously unbeaten Waubonsie Valley in week 7 of the season.

The Bears will make a $1500 donation to the WAHS football program. Coach Eimer is invited to attend the Bears game on Sunday December 21 against the Detroit Lions and will join his fellow honorees for an on-field photo during the pre-game activities.
